Caribbean Jerk Chicken

In a food processor or blender, combine green onions, onion, jalapeno, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, thyme, cloves, nutmeg and allspice and mix until blended, about 15 seconds. Place chicken in bowl and cover with marinade. Refrigerate and let marinate at least six hours or overnight. Preheat and lightly oil grill. Cook chicken over medium-high heat for about seven minutes, turning once.
Simple Chicken Barbecue

Whisk vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl. Whisk in the water, oil, poultry seasoning and pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup for later use; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into resealable plastic bag or dish and add the chicken. Refrigerate for about four hours. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill over medium heat for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear. Turn chicken occasionally and baste with reserved marinade.
Sweet and Sticky Chicken Wings

Combine oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add chicken and thoroughly coat. Combine remaining ingredients in pan over medium heat, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Grill wings over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. If using thighs, grill and turn for about 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Transfer chicken to foil pan, coat with sauce and place on grill. Stir and turn chicken until sauce has caramelized.

Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sesame oil in resealable plastic bag or dish. Add chicken, coat thoroughly and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat and lightly oil grill. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for about seven minutes.
