Long hiatus, good to see some great points of view.
Clocks went forward this morning (in England at least) so that's put a spanner in the works.

I agree with just doing something regardless of the time, and also, often doing something else is an exercise in itself, such as hoovering or cleaning the bathroom, or making the bed etc etc

The best time for exercises is of course early morning. Your mind is clear, your stommach is empty, your body wants to strech after lying in bed all the night :)) The matter is that not everybody can do exercises in the morning, especially when works. In this case you can exercise in the evening at least after two hours from meal. But evening practice can't include some exercises as stommack isn't empty. So the best way is to combine morning and evening practice :))))
