Easy to make but very GOOD :D
First off two pound ground beef cook it off like your making taco's and add your favorite Taco season once this is done here is the twist.
Crunch up some Doritos and add into your meat you can add in some black olives only if you like them then to this add Catalina Dressing about a little under 1/2 a cup stir together and serve this over shredded lettuce top off with Shredded Cheddar Diced tomatoes and sour cream.
The Catalina Dressing gives it a very different but good flavor Doritos kinda make's it like a walking taco but it is Quick easy and very tasty You can Also use Chunk Chicken over ground beef for some thing a little more healthy..

I make those often, often I will get different toppings like Black olives for a change, or some walnuts to sprinkle on top. I also use different lettuce as each lettuce has different vitamin for our body. Different cheese too.... sometimes cheddar cheese and sometimes blue cheese. Chicken is better for you anyways. :)
