You can do lots of exercise just by sitting, getting nearly all your muscles from neck to toes, even using band like Thera-bands which come in different strengths (color coded). Some of them you can use just by hanging onto the wall or door frame. If you don't have anything like an exercise equipment, you don't have to use them, you can exercise many different ways just by sitting at home, using your own chair.
