I'm single now; but, even when my girlfriend lived with me (24 years), I did the majority of the cooking. Though I looked at recipes, I always ended up improvising and kept things as simple as possible.

That kinda describes me in a nutshell - casual, simple, nothing fancy.

Tonight, here's my curry:
32 ounces of Chicken Broth, bring to a boil
Add 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
Turn heat to Medium
Add Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced into small chunks
Add in Pre-mixed Chopped Salad Kit (Romaine, Kale, Green and Red Cabbage, Carrots)
Turn heat to simmer, cover pot and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Tastes good to me and that's what's important.
This is a problem is good known for me too. After many years in family life I have forgotten what mean to cook something. But now I'm making great dishes without anybody helps. Of course, I'm searching a lot of recipes in Internet and books. I can recommend you a website where you can find a lot of simple and tasty recipes https://recipes.cafe/en.
