Interesting for people who regularly use high street coffee shops! Even if you do not add sugar to your coffees, apparently there's lots in there already!
Never drink the 'posh' coffee G, we are sweet enough
Glad I don't do coffee
For people who have craving for something sweet, those places are grand, no worries about buying expensive machine and ingredients.

I don't care to much for Starbuck, but Tim Horton does a great job for a nice drinking treat, and Airdrie has a high end coffee place, well not just coffee, but other drinks as well. I love the tea that they sell here, "Earl Grey and English Breakfast tea"

Timmy this month is "Roll up the rim" chance to win something, someone in Calgary won a Car, the most I got is a cup of coffee, Oh well I can enjoy a free cup next time I'm out and about. :D

Graham: You are soooo correct about Coffee Shops and Sugar. They are bad , bad, full of sugar. Even my beloved Coconut Chai Tea Latte! Awful, and expensive to boot!!
I make them at home and no they don't taste as yummy, but that is why, low sugar...
Sugar craves sugar and for me causes my Arthritis to act up. Sooooo, I am cutting back and hopefully soon be off the Star Buck ones all together. The Special Coffees are apparently MUCH worse.
So, if you want to cut back or cut out altogether, may I recommend doing it S L O W L Y . It will give you a Migraine if you go COLD TURKEY! No fun I must say.....

justBEL :D
Funny you mention headache and cold turkey, well I guess it affect people differently, I know someone can't drink caffeine because it give them a terrible headache just like chocolate does. I cut cold turkey on caffeine, switch to decaf with no problem. So ... I guess what I am saying, caffeine affect people differently, some live on it and no problem. Some can't sleep and some can, I know when I drank caffeine coffee, I had no problem getting getting to sleep.

Yes BEL, my main concern is that many people do not realize what is in what they eat and drink. I prepare most meals at home with fresh ingredients as I like to know what is in what I eat. I have never really liked pizzas and found them too salty; now we are informed that many pizzas contain as much as 3 times the recommended daily recommended level of salt which can be dangerous to health http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle ... tably-high
I have became a label reader for a long time, on the side or back of any product will tell you what is in it. I recently learn about the popular ketchup and someone spotted something.

http://www.torontosun.com/2016/03/01/frenchs-ketchup-sells-out-after-facebook-post-mentions-its-ontario-grown-tomatoes

I guess it is good to read on the net to find out more about the product you are buying as well?

I know someone mention about not trusting internet, but if it is the case, then investigate and find out what is going on as faults information isn't allow but that Ketchup soon learn about what they did.

But Graham, you don't make your own stuff if you are traveling (holidaying) on the road do you?

I believe take away pizzas or take out items are trying to get you to be addicted to pizza and wanting more and buy from often, money gimmicks?
