Hello to everyone who read this. I am new at this so please be a patient reader.
I had the most wonderful grandparents who emigrated from scotland to Canada. I have never been able to get over to europe however I thought hou cool it would be if one of my cousins were on this site.
So some basic info. My grandpops was the eldest of 13 children and stood about 6'2, a broad shouldered handsome man.
Just thinking of him makes me so happy. A very intellingent man who gave up his dream of university to help his siblings through school as his father had died. He taught himself & when his duty was done he emigrated to Canada. Andrew White his name was. When settled in the interior of BC He sent a letter asking my grandmother to join him, she was a model. She did just that. They had four children.
