Hi Guys and Gals, know I'm new here, however, I see that there are Groups far and wide but the closest to Stoke is Wolverhampton. I believe there are over 40 Members local to Stoke-on-Trent. Would it be favourable to create a Group for Stoke I wonder? Perhaps an organised Meeting in a Restaurant for a Meal for the Members to meet and socialise, become real friends as well as Internet friends..

Hi Cliath, with the surrounding Area we could take in Crewe, Stafford, Stone, Northwich etc so It's a possibility we could get something together and choose something within striking difference of everyone.. I guess it depends on who's up for it. I certainly am.

I'm on the other side of the ocean to you Keith - but I'm sure if you have a wee chat with Graham1 - he may be able to advise re the area's - my English geography sucks!!

But by posting here - you have made a start. It may be an idea to start a different thread with your area as the title... to attract those that live there to read it. You could put out a "feeler" to see if anyone is interested in meeting up - and if so what they would like to do....
