trouble is I don't know where to start and of course there are tons on the internet but which one is good?

You mean you dont know what to do? Ive never had any type of counselling but Ive always found that doing something that I enjoy works for me

This is something you have to very carefully analyze before making a choice.

A counsellor that has been good for one may not necessarily be good for you!

Certainly ask around for references through Family, Friends and Workmates.(If you feel comfortable asking them)

I am new here on 50+ so i dont know yet if i am allowed to publish a recommended counsellors details for you to contact, or even if he would appreciate his details being printed
